1. Upon submitting an enquiry, you will be contacted by your local advisor, who will introduce themselves and arrange a suitable date and time to visit you. They will also take this opportunity to run through the basic principles / benefits of reviewing your mortgage as well as highlighting some of the documentation that you may wish to have to hand for their visit.

2. During the advisor's 1st visit they will have a broad discussion regarding your existing mortgage arrangements, where you are at the moment and perhaps more importantly where you would like to be. During this process the advisor will complete a comprehensive factfind to enable personalised research to be carried out on your behalf. With your permission a second appointment will be arranged to allow the advisor to present their findings.

3. The Mortgage Finance Store Ltd has access to an advanced mortgage sourcing system which can select the best deal for your circumstances from most main lenders. Through our association with Legal & General Mortgage Club we can also offer exclusive deals that are not available direct from high street lenders.

Our experienced advisers also have access to life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection and building & contents insurance arranged exclusively from Legal & General.

4. At the point of the pre-arranged second meeting the advisor will present his research in the specific areas you have agreed, at which point you as the client are free to decide if this meets your requirements.

5. Should you decide to proceed with this advice, The Mortgage Finance Store Ltd, in conjunction with your advisor will process your applications through to completion in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of communication throughout the process.

This process has been specifically designed to ensure any transaction you undertake will be dealt with in a professional manner, conducted from the comfort of your own home. By conducting two visits this provides the advisor with an opportunity to ensure any solution to your mortgage circumstances is specifically tailored to your needs and reflects the best the market has to offer.

We may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the loan amount for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances but a typical fee is £500.
